Hi, I’m Jose Bonilla
Jose Bonilla became a licensed real estate agent in January 2010 and is now the owner and lead broker of the Elevate Ave Group with PAK Realty, where he leads a high producing team alongside his wife, Renee Bonilla. Jose has helped lead organizations of hundreds of agents in multiple brokerages and coaching programs and has been a national real estate coach since 2020 and has a passion for Elevating Real Estate agent growth within our industry in order best serve our communities.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, being part of the music scene and staying active in the community. His team organizes client appreciation events throughout the year, and Elevate Ave regularly partners with local firms to host community events. They also donate a portion of their revenue to support charities and give back to the community.

Jose and his team have built a thriving real estate business in the Denver Metro area, experiencing remarkable growth over the years. He successfully scaled his business from 4 to 100 transactions annually and now shares his expertise as a national real estate coach, trainer, and speaker.

I joined Jose in May 2016, bringing my background in Title & Escrow from the Real Estate industry. When Jose built his team, I was excited to step in and manage the Operations of the business. Initially, I took on the role of Transaction Coordinator and assistant to Jose, but as the team expanded, I transitioned into overseeing all operations.
I’ve developed a true passion for operations, systems, and laying down solid business foundations. These core elements are critical for sustainable growth year after year. It’s incredibly rewarding for me to help others implement the same systems that have fueled our success and business growth.
