REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
The Refund/ Cancellation Policy applies after THE INITIAL “DISCOVERY CALL” TAKES PLACE AND CLIENT CONTINUES TO PURCHASE EITHER THE “BUILT TO SKALE PROGRAM” OR “SKALE” PROGRAM.
- Termination of Agreement by Client:
Before client has signed agreement, client may notify the client that they will not be moving forward with coaching services. Payment link will be voided, and contract will be voided as well.
After client has signed the agreement, the Client may cancel the coaching agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Coach. However, all fees paid are non-refundable once the coaching agreement has commenced. If the Client has purchased a coaching package and chooses to terminate the agreement before using all sessions, no partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing. All Fee’s and payment that client agreed to per the contract/ agreement, client will be held accountable and liable for the total payment agreement.
- Termination of Agreement by Coach:
The Coach reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the Coach believes that the coaching relationship is no longer effective or appropriate. In such cases, all fee’s paid are nonrefundable once the coaching agreement is commenced. However, if the Coach terminates the agreement, client will not be responsible for the remainder contract fee’s from the time of the termination.
- Refund Policy:
All payments made for coaching sessions or packages are non-refundable, except in cases where the Coach cannot fulfill the services as agreed. If a refund is granted under special circumstances, it will be at the sole discretion of the Coach and will be documented in writing.
- Package Expiration:
Unless otherwise agreed, all coaching packages must be used the agreement time frame from the date of purchase. Missed session are solely on the client and package will not extend due to missed session from the client.
- Exceptional Circumstances:
In the event of an emergency or unexpected circumstance, both the Client and Coach agree to approach an agreement.
